  • Any regular stream Degree from any reputed university
  • MBA in Marketing from any reputed university is very much desired
  • Proficient in English (Speaking and writing) will be an added advantage
  • Experience as Business Analyst/ software as service sales will be an added advantage
  • Explore Business Development Strategies and implement
  • Visiting customer places within Tamil Nadu
  • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and online chats

Client Support Specialist

TIRUNELVELI (FULL-TIME)

Eventsarp is eagerly seeking a new Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, YOU will work directly with our clients to provide customer service, technical assistance and troubleshooting support on the usage of our SMART event management software. If you are tapped into the thought process of an Event Planner and have a passion for easing their pain through providing amazing service, you'll love growing with us!

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution for incoming requests via E-Mail, phone, on-line chat function and client support system
  • Provide guidance and support on organizer’s registration, creating events webpage and publishing .
  • Email and Phone marketing
  • Work with Technology and Product Management department to develop and incorporate customer’s solutions.
  • Additional project and ad hoc assignments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a SaaS and/or internet based Client service role
  • Experience in the events and meetings industry will be an added advantage
  • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and online chats.
  • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, Web Browsers, MSOffice.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages.
  • Keep regular contact with customer for upcoming events.
